Kelly Newton-Wordsworth is a Christian artist, humanitarian and environmental activist, singer, songwriter, author, biodynamic farmer and lives to serve God. She has been a lawyer, an actress, and an international performer since 1997, using her songs to highlight world wide issues such as the destruction and damage to our forests, slaughtering of whales, independence of West Papua and the destruction of the soil from chemical agriculture. She stands for freedom for all people to choose whether to take any medical treatment, express their views and live as God intended for all of us to live. She has been an activist with her husband William standing for a world without poisons since 1988. They are the longest running broadacre biodynamic or organic farmers in Western Australia. She stands for life, love of God, humanity, God's creation and everything that Jesus came to bring for all people. She is a wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and loves being in all of the roles she has. She has been singing to millions of people all over the world since she started to perform internationally. One of the highlights of her singing and speaking tours, was to sing her own composition for the King of Thailand's eightieth birthday in 2007. There were half a million people at King Bhumibol's palace. This was a great honour for her and the gift she received from him is something she will always treasure. She also sang for the 'Peoples' alliance for democracy' at the Bangkok parliament in 2008, singing for over a hundred thousand people every weekend for many months. She learned about the true meaning of democracy and how precious it is to the Thai people she met. She prays that every Western nation that has the privilege of being a democratic country, will stand for the future of democracy and uphold the principles long fought for by millions of people who died for the opportunity to live with the freedoms gained.

Breaky with Jesus

Jesus said that the greatest commandment is to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind” (Luke 10:27) There is so much hatred in this world right now and perhaps it may sometimes feel to you that it is not easy to truly love. There may have been many times in your life when you have been hurt or abused by people. It is so easy to give in to hate. You will find many to support you in hating. People who love to gossip and slander others will usually be the kinds of people who will support you in hating those who have hurt you. The devil feeds hatred. Jesus calls satan the “father of lies”. He says “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”( John 8:44) Jesus commands us to LOVE. Even when it is so hard to love others we must work on this every day as Jesus said, “Love one another; as I have loved you” (John 15:12) The devil will always tempt us to hate, be offended, feel sorry for ourselves and never forgive those who have hurt us. When we work on obeying the commands of God the Father and the Son, daily life will automatically become more and more miraculous! Fill your heart with love for God and this love will pour into you more every day and you will start to love others more easily. I pray for your healing, well-being and transformation from loving God and you receiving His mighty love! In Jesus’ mighty name, with love, Kelly Newton-Wordsworth
