How close are you to God? Do you speak with Him from the dawn of the day? Do you thank Him for everything He has done for you in creating this extra-ordinary earth upon which we walk, breathe the air He has made our perfect lungs to breathe, drink the water he makes to pour down from the heavens, grow the food from the seeds He made which we have the privilege of eating, see His magnificent beauty expressed all around us and on and on we can go speaking about all of the wonders that have come from the love of our God the creator.

How often have you repented for not placing God in the position He expects to be in your life? Lord Jesus says that the “greatest commandment” is to “LOVE” the Lord our God with all of our hearts, minds, soul and strength! Is the Lord our God truly your “numero uno”? Do you truly love the Father of Lord Jesus as your own Father? Lord Jesus says for us “not to call anyone on earth ‘Father’ as we only have one Father” and this is “our Father in Heaven”.

Do you speak with Him about every single part of your life as your most intimate wise and wondrous, most loving Father? Lord Jesus says He is the “Living God and the God of the living”. He is the ONE who sent us the saviour of this world, our Lord Jesus Christ! Do you really behave in a way that is pleasing to Him?

Can you see how important it is to have a relationship that is ever blossoming with the creator, our heavenly Father, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ? Can you also see how important it is to know our Lord Jesus better and better every day? As He says, He is the only “way” to our Father. Only through Him can we get to God as Lord Jesus says “no-one comes to the Father except through Him”!

It is so important to speak with our Father, Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It is so important to know the words written in the Gospels, where Lord Jesus is telling us what to do to have a real relationship with the Living God. It is so important to take time out to BE with our Father, Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit. You can ask our Father to help you with knowing what He wants you to do for Him, so that you can serve Him better today, tomorrow and forever more. It is so important to know as Lord Jesus says the “scriptures and the power of God” as written and witnessed in the Old Testament.

All through the Holy Bible God is telling people He wants us to obey Him. He wants to walk with us in “the garden”. He wants us NOT to eat from the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil”. He wants us NOT to listen to the “serpent”, the sneaky snake and what He tells us to do.

Are you willing to stop serving “mammon” (as Lord Jesus says we must choose between “God and mammon”), behind which is the sneaky, evil, cunning, wicked beyond words, “father of lies” as Lord Jesus calls the devil himself? Are you willing to become a servant of the most high God and stop being a self serving, self focused follower of everyone and everything in the world?

Ask Lord Jesus to help you right now. Say “Lord Jesus please help me?” Start speaking with Him on a daily basis. Ask Him for everything and anything you need help with in your life. Also start speaking with our Father and asking Him what He wants you to do for Him. It will always be far more exciting than what we can even imagine. Even the most mundane tasks in this world become so exciting when you are serving Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you in the morning if you are feeling a bit lazy or tired.

God is REAL! He SPEAKS! If you aren’t a very good listener in this world, you really can’t expect to hear the living God too clearly, so you must learn how to listen better. You may be a person who has been brought up under the “way of the world” as many of us have and you still believe in the “Theory of Evolution”. When you start truly looking around and asking new questions about this magnificent world in which we all get to live every day, you will start to realise that the “Theory of Evolution” is just that. Exactly as this says, a “Theory”.

The theory of evolution has been taught in schools and Universities all over the world, as if it is the “truth”. Any Christian knows that Lord Jesus is “THE TRUTH”. He says He is “the Way, the Truth and the LIFE”! We believe this or we don’t. If you don’t then you don’t believe in Lord Jesus. He says that “Heaven and earth will pass away, but His words will NEVER pass away”. So how important are HIS WORDS?

If you believe in Lord Jesus HIS WORDS are bigger than “heaven and earth”! What do these words mean to you? From living with Lord Jesus since I became a Christian in 1995, I KNOW to my very core that HE IS the son of the MOST HIGH GOD! This has been my EXPERIENCE from the moment of saying the “Sinner’s prayer” and giving my life to serve Him and have He, His Father and the Holy Spirit come and “dwell” in me as He says, if we want then this WILL be done.

I am in AWE of the almighty God and ALL that He has given to us to be able to LIVE our greatest LIFE EVERY day! He is the KINDEST, MOST LOVING AND WONDROUS FATHER, beyond anything we can imagine. All we have to do is say the “Sinner’s prayer”, that is as Lord Jesus says, “Repent now for the Kingdom of GOD is at hand” and ask for our Father’s forgiveness. Lord Jesus says that when ONE “sinner repents” every angel in Heaven rejoices! How big is this? It is HUGE!

If you have been influenced by the world around you to believe in any way in the “Theory of Evolution”, it is so important to come before God and “Repent” of listening to the world and ask for our Father’s forgiveness. Come back to our Father and start speaking with Him. Thank Him for your life. Thank Him for all He has made. Thank Him for anything you can possibly imagine you are grateful for.

When you get up tomorrow, if you have truly done this, you will be in awe of God and all He has made and done for us. Then start speaking with Him as your very own Father who is your creator and the precious one who sent us our Saviour, our Lord Jesus Christ! All will be new! Leave behind all of the “theories” of man and come before God to LOVE Him with your “whole heart, mind, soul and strength” as Lord Jesus says is the “greatest commandment”!

When you start to really treat Lord Jesus in this way where you speak with Him every day as your greatest friend (He says “what greater love is there than one who gives up His life for a friend?” He gave up His life for you therefore He truly is your greatest friend), you will notice many changes happening in your life. When you start on the journey of having the discipline to “ask” so that you WILL “receive” (as Lord Jesus says), you truly start to “seek” and then you find (as Lord Jesus says) and you “knock” on His door and it “will be opened” (as Lord Jesus says it will!) your life will change so dramatically you will constantly be in a state of awe of the majesty and greatness of God! He is truly mighty, wondrous and only wants the greatest for us. The is a major condition with this though. He expects us to OBEY Him. The more we come to know our Father, Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit this becomes easier and easier. It does require the discipline to “ask” before we rush into doing what we think, feel or believe we should do. Lord Jesus says that there are only two masters “God or mammon”, we must know which one we are serving. I have been on this journey with God since 1995 and I have learned from many mistakes and continue to learn every day, the discipline required. The results are spectular. It is the most exciting journey ever, beyond anything I could ever have imagined!

You will find that the way you respond to others, the way you see others and so on, will change forever. If you stay being “of the world”, as in a person who doesn’t have a spiritual relationship with the living God, and just going off to church every Sunday how can you change? There is an old saying, “When you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always had”.

Whew this doesn’t sound that great to me! Does it sound great to you? Are you totally happy with the way your life is? Do you care about the unlimited potential you have with serving the most high God or do you want to just go about your usual business having an “ok” or mediocre life? There is SO much more available to us every single day when we truly follow Lord Jesus and come with Him to serve our Father the most high God!

Do you want to change at all or do you believe you are perfect exactly the way you are? Do you have the life in “abundance” Lord Jesus came to bring us all? Are there any things that you would like to change about yourself, your life, your relationships with others, your financial situation, your work life, where you live, want to start growing your own food and so on and so on.

Do you have any addictions or bad habits you would like to change? Do you like the way you speak to your spouse, children, friends and colleagues? Do you like the way they all speak to you? Are there any things you would like to make a difference to in your life? Our Lord Jesus says, “Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect”. (Matthew 5:48) Do you know anything about how to “BE” let alone “Be perfect as our Father is perfect?

Of course we do not know how to “be perfect” as our Father is perfect! If you believe you do, then you must have been brought up in heaven and come down to earth in this last moment! We must ASK our Lord Jesus to help us. As soon as you engage with Lord Jesus in this way, you will be amazed at what He will do for you. He is waiting for us to ask and keep on asking!

Asking Him is supposed to be an every day occurance! It is supposed to be so natural for us. We are supposed to be like ‘children’ in relation to our Heavenly Father and asking Him as a child asks his parents all of his questions. Our Father sent His precious one and only begotten Son to help every single one of us. If we go along every day as if we are already “perfect” and we never need to ask anything of our Father, Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, then who do we think we are? God?

There is only one who is behind this kind of attitude and that is the “Father of lies” as Lord Jesus calls Him, the devil himself. We must be very careful every day with our attitude. We must work on seeing our selves as people who need to keep asking our Lord Jesus to help us in any way we need help. We must ask our Father for His precious guidance as to what He wants us to do for Him, as He is our God and we will not get into the “Kingdom” unless we do the “will of our Father” as Lord Jesus says.

How we can do the “will of our Father”, without ever asking Him what He wants us to do for Him? Lord Jesus wants us to learn how to ask. He simply says, “Ask” we will “receive”. Many people I have met, have been trained from birth, not to ask for much. Many people get into trouble as children for asking for certain things, so they end up learning to manipulate people to get what they want in life. This leads to the pit!

Manipulation is the opposite of being “as a child”. Of course there are many children who have learned to manipulate to get their own way by quite an early age, but this is not what our Lord Jesus is talking about. He is talking about us being as innocent children who ask with no hidden agenda. They are just asking whatever they want to ask to receive whatever they receive.

I have been asking Lord Jesus to help me and teach me for twenty six years now since I became a Christian. It never ceases to astonish me what He gives to me every single day. I just keep asking and I just keep on receiving! I am in constant awe of our Father, Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit and the ways in which each part of God helps me in very different ways!

As you can probably imagine from what I am asking you and saying to you, is that there are many possibilities in our lives that if we don’t engage with our Lord Jesus, as our one and only “teacher” then what are we missing? Do you want Him to say to you when He returns, “Get away from me you evil doer I never knew you”?

As I have listened to the Gospels over the years, driving back and forth from where I live in the countryside to Perth in Western Australia, (which brings me more than five hours of listening at a time, including more time as I drive around the city), I have had many powerful revelations from Lord Jesus. It is a wondrous thing to me that I live in a place where I must drive for so long, in all that time I can spend true “alone” time with Lord Jesus.

I can switch off the CD player and speak with our Father, Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit in any moment and I am in awe of the magnificence of any journey, purely and simply because I get to be with God by myself the whole time. Prior to becoming a Christian and then discovering from a dear friend that I could listen to the entire Holy Bible on CD, I found the trip of two and a half hours there and two and a half hours back, sometimes a burden and it often felt like it was a long, long way to have to drive. It felt a lot like being a child and wanting to say to my parents, “Are we there yet?” “Are we there yet?”

Since becoming a Christian and having the privilege of being able to listen to any part of the Holy Bible whilst driving along looking at the beauty of God’s creation, the journey has seemed like it is around five minutes. Sometimes I have arrived at a place and not wanted to even get out of the car as I am totally involved in something Lord Jesus is saying and I have felt like I could stay in the car listening to Him all day!

I have been doing this for years of my life and so have a very deep love of every word Lord Jesus spoke over two thousand years ago and from my daily conversations with Him I have gained many insights into what He wants from all of us and how important it is to know His commands and obey them.

In this latest podcast of ‘Breaky with Jesus’ I am starting on the journey with you to bring something that has “come” out of the words written in the Gospels, which may be a major key for you to come a quantum leap in your relationship with our Lord Jesus right now. I have found that there are times in the writing of the Gospels that when someone has come to Lord Jesus and asked for healing, it has been written that the person “opened” and they were healed!

I pray for you right now that you will “open” to Lord Jesus for whatever He has for you today, right now to receive from Him all that He has to give you! I believe that in this modern world, there is so much focus on what people have to do or where they have to go, even among Christians there is perhaps not such an “openness” to the living Lord. If you are not truly “open” to worship as He says, “in the spirit”, you will not be receiving what He has for you from our Father, the Holy Spirit or He Himself.

Lord Jesus said that if we will “obey His commands”, we can “do what He did and even greater things”! How are you going with this? If we are not walking on the water yet, bringing people back from the dead, if we have fears that are not of God, we aren’t bringing the blind to see and the deaf to hear, then we have more to learn! I have discovered that the more I learn from my “one and only teacher” (as He says He IS), my dear Lord Jesus, the more I want to learn and the more there is to learn.

It is beyond the most exciting adventure I could ever imagine, coming every day with Lord Jesus, serving Him, our Father and being filled with the Holy Spirit. God is real! He wants us to look to Him. He sent His one and only begotten Son to teach us what is expected of us. There is so much to learn. I pray for you to “open” today to find whatever our Lord has for you in this moment.

With our God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit there is ALWAYS more! Our God says that He is the “living God and the God of the living”. Lord Jesus said He came to bring us “Life in abundance”. Come with Lord Jesus a quantum leap today, and open to the “LIFE” that HE IS and the “LIFE IN ABUNDANCE” He came to bring YOU! Luke 2:10 “But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.”

Recently I was asked by a member of our Christian Community worldwide, “When will I be able to stop living in fear?” In this tiny little fifteen minute podcast it is not possible to cover the answers to this question. I have spoken out whatever our Father wanted me to bring to you in fifteen minutes, but I believe in the New Year He is wanting me to share many of the amazing techniques He has brought to me to “let go of fear” that is NOT “fear of the Lord”, in a series of workshops, so if you are interested, please let me know.

In my daily journey with the Lord, I work every second to be “right” with Him. This is the opposite to self-righteousness. When people speak about those who are “right winged” or into extreme fascism, this is the very opposite of working to be “right” with God. God is invisible, so what do we have to do to be “right” with Him. How do we even know how to find Him?

Lord Jesus says, “I am the way, the truth and the life”! What way? What truth? What is “the LIFE”? He says that HE IS! What do these words mean? I have been on a journey to discover what Lord Jesus is saying and what do I have to do about His words to be a person who is “right” with Him. He says that if we love Him we will “obey His commands”. What are His commands? Where are they?

His commands are in the Gospels. They are right there for every person who has the privilege of having a ‘Holy Bible’ can read for themselves. When we have a Holy Bible, we can read what Lord Jesus said over 2,000 years ago! Wow! How huge is this? Not only this, we can start our OWN personal relationship with Him. We can speak with Him as He is our OWN personal saviour! He says not to call “anyone on earth teacher, as He is our only teacher”!

We can speak with Him “spiritually” as in talk with Him anytime as if He is REAL, which He is. In the year 2000 He came to me and told me to “Tell the people to take” Him off the cross, “Two thousand years is ENOUGH”! He said that He is more “real than anything” I see. He said that He “LIVES” and He wants me to “LIVE,LIVE, LIVE”! It would take a while to really help others to know how huge this was at the time, but I can tell you right now that I had at that moment, never experienced anything like this in my whole life!

He tells us that a “time is coming when people will worship in the spirit and this is the kind of worship GOD wants! When we speak with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit knowing that they are more real than we are or “anything we see”, we are engaging in a true spiritual relationship with each part of God and there really are three parts. I did not learn that from any worldly religion, I learned this from the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit!

We can have Lord Jesus immediately as our own personal teacher. We can ask Him anything we want to. We can talk with Him in private in our own special place. We can speak with Him out loud or inside of ourselves. As soon as we say “Lord Jesus” please help me”, “please help me to know you”, your life will start to transform.

He says, “Repent now, for the Kingdom of God is at hand. You can “repent” right away, inside of yourself and ask the Father of our Lord to forgive you. You can be at a party or surrounded by people in a public place and you can speak with Him at any time of the day or night. The start of our true relationship is when we “repent” and ask God to forgive us. Why? The reason is, because He says so! We must follow Him so closely, so there is no distance between us.

He moves fast so we must move fast. There must be no space between us. We have the gift of the Holy Spirit to help us on this journey. The Holy Spirit or the “Spirit of truth” is the “gift” God has sent to us so that we will never be orphans. I have discovered that this journey is MORE exciting than anything that is on this earth. It is an inner spiritual journey, which is then manifesting in the outside world in our own lives in this physical reality. No matter what is going on around us, when we seek “first the Kingdom” as Lord Jesus says, we are receiving what God wants for us, from Heaven!

Lord Jesus says that nobody will come to His Father, “except” through Him. You either believe this or you don’t. There is nothing any person can do to push another to believe these words! We believe that Lord Jesus is the “WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE” and the only way to His Father, or we don’t.

If we do believe this, then there is a lot of amazing work to do, to learn the commands of our Lord Jesus, know the Scriptures in the old Testament, so that we can start on the journey of truly KNOWING the POWER of God! We must know the miraculous ways of the Almighty God and ALL that He has done for humanity! We must know that He is GOD and have “FEAR” of upsetting or disappointing Him in any way! In Proverbs Chapter 1:7 it says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools^[despise wisdom and instruction.”

In this podcast, I am talking about this tiny sentence in Luke 2:10 about the angel speaking with the shepherds in the fields saying “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.” This one sentence has brought so much to light in this podcast. Coming to know God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit more every day is the source of all of my JOY, but I have been working for over 33 years to find out what to do, to be able to LIVE every day in a state of JOY NOT fear.

However I have the “fear of the LORD”, which is what keeps me AWAKE, so that I can serve God better every day! It takes huge caring about our Father, Lord Jesus and being filled with the Holy Spirit to make sure I am “right” with Him. Obeying the commands of our Lord Jesus Christ is a full time job! However, as far as I am concerned, it is the greatest job that exists on this earth, apart from doing what our Father wants us to do, going where He wants us to go, BEING “perfect” as He is perfect !(Who knows how to do this? It is Lord Jesus who has told us, “Be perfect as my Father is perfect”. Great to start with this by asking Him! Amazing what He leads me to every day with this command!)

The fear that people are living with every day on this earth about the future, spiders, death, speaking in public, open spaces, loneliness, other people, sickness and on and on, are so easily overcome if you know what to do. The only one who knows is God. I pray for you that just from listening to this podcast you will have a quantum leap in being delivered from ungodly fear.

What I have discovered about “fear of the Lord” is that it is to help us to stay focused on the only one who matters to please and that is the most high God! Yes we must “pay unto Caesar what is due unto Caesar” as Lord Jesus says, we must obey the laws of the land, (if they are not right with the Lord we must work to change them) but the one we must be right with is the Holy, Almighty most HIGH GOD. This requires us to care about Him more than anything we care about on this earth. We must care about God one hundred percent to even have the ears “to hear” to be able to have any skills or hope to be able to obey Him.

With all of the distractions on this earth, that is NOT easy to do. With the help of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and when we call out to Him, our Heavenly Father, we can BE right with Him in all ways. All other fears come from the “evil one” and must be let go as quickly as they come up. This is possible. I have been shown by God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit for years now.

The words of the angel in Luke 2:10 are the “glad tidings” that have come to let us know that Lord Jesus is “the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE” and nobody comes to His Father “except through” Him. He is the deliverer! He is the MESSIAH! He truly IS who even the demons said He is, the “Son of the Most HIGH GOD”! The further I come on this divine journey with Him, the more I am set FREE from bondage to the world and the state of joy I live in increases everyday! Lord Jesus helps me, along with the Holy Spirit and the guidance of our Father to know what to do and where to go, to keep coming onwards and upwards in my daily life!

I am in constant AWE of what God does, what He CAN do and the miracles which await me every day, of which I have NO idea about, but to stay in the knowing of what Lord Jesus said over two thousand years ago, “With GOD ALL things are possible”, I live in a constant state of gratefulness and excitement to see what our Father, Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit will do next!
